Hi, I'm Dana - an Exercise Physiologist and the founder of Movement Synergy Allied Health.

I created this studio because I saw too many women feeling lost in gyms, unsupported in classes and unsure what exercise was actually right for their bodies.
​
I wanted to create something differenet.
​
A space where women felt safe.
A space where movement feels empowering, not intimidating.
A space where exercise is guided by clinical knowledge.

Why I Do This
Over the years, I've worked with women who:
Felt embarrassed walking into gyms

Were managing pain but didn't know what was safe

Has tried multiple programs that didn't suit their bodies

Felt disconnected from themselves
​
And what I saw again and again was this:
When women are supported properly, they don't just get stronger physically, they become more confident in every part of their lives.

My Approach
As a university-qualified Exercise Physiologist, I combine clinical knowledge with a holistic view of health.
