At Movement Synergy, our small group classes are guided by clinical knowledge and designed specifically for women who want to feel safe, supported and confident while they build strength.

Clinical Pilates

Improve strength, posture and control through guided, low-impact movement designed to support your body.

EP Strength

Build full-body strength in a safe, progressive way that helps you feel capable in everyday life.

Slow, intentional movement to release tension, improve mobility and help your body recover.

You'll find our women's classes in Seven Hills, Brisbane, with many women joing us from Coorparoo, Camp Hill, Cannon Hill, Carina and surrounding suburbs for supportive, clinically guided movement.

I've been looking to get back into exercise for a few years but couldn't find the right place until now. Dana's Functional Strength class is fabulous and I look forward to next week. I felt comfortable and fully supported throughout the class in a safe environment.

This is the first time in almost 12 years that I have consistently attended classes & have the interest and motivation to keep going. I feel stronger, have more energy & my body is in fair less pain.
