Every journey starts with clarity. In your Initial Consultation, we’ll discuss your health history, movement goals, and any injuries or conditions. You’ll also complete a movement assessment so we can create a tailored plan that’s safe, effective, and built for your needs, whether you’re starting Clinical Pilates or Exercise Physiology.
