Welcome
to Movement Synergy Allied Health
If you're feeling unsure where to start... you're in the right place.
You might be here because:
You don't feel comfortable in a gym environment
You're dealing with aches, pains or an injury that won't go away
You've tried Pilates or classes before and nothing felt quite right
You feel disconnected from your body and unsure what exercise is actually safe for you
You know you should be exercising... but feel nervous, embarrassed or overwhelmed
This is exactly why Movement Synergy exists.
Find Your Synergy
Movement Synergy is a women's allied health studio combining Exercise Physiology, Clinical Pilates, and straining in a calm, welcoming space.
Every class and every session is guided by clinical knowledge and a holistic approach to your health. So you can feel confident that what you're doing is right for your body.
This is where women come to feel safe, supported and strong again.

What women notice after a few weeks
"My back pain is finally easing."
"I feel stronger and more capable in my body"
"I actually enjoy coming to exercise"
"I feel more confident walking into a room"
"I finally found something that feels right for me"

Not sure where to begin?
That's completely normal!
Most women feel nervous before their first visit. You don't need to be fit. You don't need experience. Your just need to start.

About Dana
I'm Dana, an Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping women enjoy exercise again.
I created Movement Synergy because I saw too many women feeling lost in gyms, unsupported in classes, and unsure what exercise was actually right for their bodies.
My goal isn't to make you "work out".
It's to help you feel strong, capable and confident in your body again.
